Dwight Kroll, AICP, President
Dwight D. Kroll, AICP, has overseen a multitude of urban design projects over the past forty years including:
· Downtown revitalization programs,
· Master Planned Community design and project approval,
· Community visioning processes, and
· Preparation of architectural and development guidelines.
Kroll and Associates utilizes a variety of subconsultants specific to a project's scale and needs including engineering, architectural, environmental, and graphic services.
Background
From 2009 to 2020, Dwight served as Director of Planning and Development Services for the City of Clovis, California and is a recognized professional in Central California community development. He is a Planning Emeritus member of the American Planning Association (APA) and has received multiple APA awards for his work in central California valley communities including the nationally recognized Cottage Home Program for accessory dwelling units.
